This is a spectacular apartment surrounded by parks on the 7th floor (total 8 floors) with plenty of natural light.
It's a quick train / bus ride into the city CBD and a short stroll to Sydney Park, cozy bars and restaurants in Newtown and Erskineville.
2 mins walk to free unlimited parking on the street.
3 mins walk to nearest supermarket- Woolworth Metro.

Koala 3 seater Modern Sofa with Chaise, 4 chairs and 1 standing desk with casters that can be used as dinning table, coffee table, ect. Joseph Joseph Totem bin for waste and recycling.

55 inch Sony smart TV with subscription to Amazon Prime and Disney + for your entertainment.
- Balcony
this is my little area. I have some native plants - Kangaroo paws and a worm farm. If you are scared of worms or don’t know what to put into the worm farm, please don’t open it. My composting worms are happily living in the most beautiful worm farm to consume my organic waste and make babies.
