Underground floor has 2 cars garage parking space. Ground floor is an open plan living with 55" smart TV's (Netflix included), sofa bed, indoor dinning area and outdoor dining area. The kitchen is well equipped with all the necessary appliances, pots and pans etc. The backyard has BBQ grill, table and chairs combined with fresh air in the garden create a unique and enjoyable environment to spend with your family. Level 1 features 2 bedrooms. Master bedroom has a queen side bed, a cot bed for your infant, wardrobe and its own ensuite. The other bedroom has a queen bed and sharing a main bathroom. Level 2 has a massive bedroom with 2 queen size beds and wardrobe. The rooms are professionally cleaned with the utmost details. Additional features include ducted hot/cold air conditioning throughout, fenced boundary for your privacy, security alarm, smoke alarm, fire extinguisher and blanket. Soap, shampoo, conditioner are provided.
