This grand Art Deco gem benefits from dual entrances, the home can be accessed via the elegant wood panelled foyer or via a handy side entrance that leads direct into the kitchen. Parquetry floorboards are a feature throughout, accented by boutique art deco finishes, and one can glimpse the breathtaking waterfront views from almost every room in the apartment.
The home’s three bedrooms and master bathroom are connected to the large main entry foyer. The second bedroom with queen bed has views over Redleaf Beach, while the third single bedroom has its own ensuite and park views.
