Our family of four travelled to this apartment and found it surprisingly small. We couldn’t access the laundry, and the bedrooms, although spacious, were uncomfortable for winter sleep due to the lack of any blankets and inadequate heating. There was no bed/bedding for our one-year-old, so we had to source our own. The entire apartment needed a thorough clean. The grounds were beautiful but shared with everyone and not fenced, making them unsafe for young children. If you plan to walk to shops or Main Street, expect a hike. While the location was great, close to the train station and hop-on and hop-off bus, the steep hill and many stairs were a challenge. Overall, we felt the premium price paid didn’t justify the value, and it wasn’t very family-friendly. The apartment was very unkempt and extremely cold. However, the customer service was excellent.
