Great location in The Rocks. Staff were very friendly. The bed was very comfortable. The poor petty itself looked a little tired.

check in took longer than it should and there werent that many people checking in. room not ready at 2pm is understandable as checkin was at 3PM but for rooms to not be available till 4:30 is a little questionable. our other party also didnt get to check into their room till about 5:45PM
