There wasn’t any toilet paper available so we had to provide our own. Air con needed as some rooms were far too hot 3\. Bins in kitchen are too small so fill up very quickly with all the guests and have swarms of flies around them. 4\. More staff needed! Jasmyn was amazing but literally didn't stop all day and seemed to be in charge of guests requests, bookings, front office, cleaning and managing the phones. 5\. Lots of unnecessary extra charges. We stayed for just under a week and if we wanted our bed changed during this time, or a new towel, there was a large charge. Also checking in between 12-2 was extra, as was checking in past 5\.
