They helped us with some spa towels and recommended a few places to eat that were in the area. If you're ok with taking public transit, it was conveniently located next to a bus stop that went into the downtown area

The staff is very very good 10/10, property is very clean and new. The room, the fan extractor in the shower is an endless noise, even with the door close you can hear it through the night, really annoying. The phone has a very bright light that illuminates the room during night, we have to put a towel on top to avoid it. They sell this room as the curtains fully covers the windows but finish end with a big bright line in the morning that completely ruins your sleep. I know breakfast is included but god damn, is very limited. Please don’t call that a breakfasts

The room is sparkling clean and neat. The breakfast is healthy but simple. There’s a free parking space which is nice. The only problem we had is that we arrived around 9:30pm, the front door was locked and we had to communicate with the staff through intercom. We have to give many of our personal information through loud speaker, and it was quite uncomfortable. Other than that it was a nice stay.
