The space
• 1 queen sofa bed in the bedroom with an additional thick mattress layer for comfort
• 1 king sofa bed in the living area convertible into two single beds
• 1 extra bedding available upon request (single camping bed, subject to availability)
This is a modern private extension located at the rear of our home, with its own separate entrance and facilities. The space features an open-plan kitchen and living area with skylights, ambient lighting, a modern bathroom, and comfortable sleeping arrangements including a queen sofa bed with additional mattress layer for comfort.
There is a dedicated workspace in the multipurpose room, ducted air conditioning throughout, and a covered alfresco area with washer and dryer. The property is designed to feel calm, practical, and light-filled.
Guest access
Guests have private access to the entire rear extension, including:
Kitchen and living area
Bedrooms and bathroom
Workspace
Alfresco area
Laundry facilities
Access is via a side walkway to the rear of the property using a secure smart lock with a unique PIN code for your stay.
The main house at the front of the property and surrounding areas not listed above are not part of the guest space.

This is a quiet residential property.
Please respect neighbours, especially during quiet hours (9:00 pm – 7:00 am). Only registered guests may stay overnight.
The property is part of a shared lot, though your accommodation is fully private.
Commercial photography or filming must be approved in advance.
The piano may only be used by experienced pianists and should not be played loudly.
The queen bed in Bedroom A is a high-quality sofa bed fitted with a thick folding queen-size mattress topper for added comfort. It is set up as a standard queen sleeping arrangement during your stay.
