"The only good things about this stay were Patty on reception (who was lovely to us) and the breakfast was satisfactory. Otherwise, the property was rundown, the room was unclean, blinds didn't block out outside lights at night, no amenities (such as a gym etc) and worst of all there was no hot water ..."
