"Not much free parking but big carpark at rear with reduced rate for hotel customers. Rooms could do with aircon was a fan but not much good when temperature is in mid to high 20s outside"

"We had stayed at the Hilton about 8 years ago and were rather underwhelmed. This stay was completely different. The check in lady, Federica was extremely helpful and friendly, our room was perfect and the biggest change was the breakfast. This time it far exceeded our expectations. Excellent choice and the whole food area was kept clean and tables were cleared and cleaned very well. For the price and Excellent hotel"

"This hotel really did represent value for money on a weekend where the city was busy due to a famous comedian performing. The hotel is central and only a five minute walk from the train station. Staff helpful, communal spaces lovely for a drink in the evening. Room was roomy shower powerful with lovely toiletries provided - only one bath towel provided for 2 of us but that will have been an oversight and guess what we coped. The breakfast was ok I had to ask for more bread which then was provided, not a great selection of fresh fruit to go with yogurt but yet again we coped don’t know if that represented value for money. However the setting is nice. Would stay here again."
