Now this dream home receives up to six people for wonderful Baltic holiday in urban flair with all the necessary comfort that it needs for carefree holidays. The apartment is located on the first floor and is easily accessible from the front and the courtyard entrance. �� During your stay you will have access to a powerful, free Wi-Fi. So you are always up to date or share your holiday pictures with your loved ones at home. The apartment is supplied with a flat-screen TV in the living room medial. The living room is equipped with two comfortable leather couches from Rolf Benz, in all rooms and in the hallway the old plank floors have been restored and preserved. In the kitchen is also an oiled new floorboards laid, the bathrooms are tiled, the shower areas are designed as open floor-level wellness areas. Two cuddly boxspring beds and a comfortable futon bed with comfortable mattresses ensure the restful sleep of our guests. Two tiled shower rooms one with double sink are also available. A separate kitchen with dining area for six people is equipped with a five-burner gas stove, a dishwasher, an oven and a washing machine and provide the comfortable setting for your relaxing days. A small balcony catches the morning and the evening sun and invites you to cozy moments with a view of the beautifully renovated old building lines. For your car, a parking space is available on the neighboring plot. Since we are partners of the Baltic Sea spa, the golf hotel Balmer See and the Baltic Hills Golf Resort, you will receive a 30% discount on the green fees in the golf clubs and until 31\. August 2019 a 50% discount on the regular entrance fees with each visit to the spa in the seaside resort Ahlbeck. From September 2019 you will receive the 50% discount in the Ostsee-Therme with presentation of the spa card of the Kaiserbäder (KaiserbäderCard). Old-building holiday nest in central and near-beach dream location Embedded between two beautiful city parks very centrally located in Swindemünde, the three-party townhouse of 1905 is located in a street whose facades were all renovated in 2016 - a film set equal. You can reach the central square of peace, the city harbor as well as the promenade and the beach on foot in about twelve minutes, wonderful to experience quickly and quickly all the facets of this city. Great gastronomy, many shops and shopping opportunities as well as a wide range of cultural offerings are within immediate reach on foot. Die Küche mit dem großen Esstisch ist das eigentliche Wohnzimmer. Den als Wohnzimmer betitelten Raum haben wir lediglich durchquert, um auf den kleinen Balkon zu gelangen. Alle Reisenden haben wunderbar in den Betten geschlafen. Die Wohnung ist an der wohl schönsten Straße Swinemündes gelegen (wir haben oft Touristen gesehen, die die Häuser fotografiert haben). Der Weg zum Strand und zur Promenade ist etwas weiter (10-15 Minuten zu Fuß mit Kindern), dafür konnte man hier in den Straßen auch Einheimische antreffen. Es liegt ein kleiner Supermarkt um die Ecke und es konnten sogar zwei Autos auf dem Gelände hinterm Haus kostenfrei parken. Diese Wohnung ist wirklich zu empfehlen! ##### Rebekka S. Strand gut zu Fuß zu erreichen. Schöner neuer Fernseher, der aber mit der instalierten Karte nur polnisches Fernsehen empfing.
