By far the worst apartment I have ever booked. It was just make-up to cover the terrible condition of the place. When we arrived the whole apartment smelled like cigarettes, and you had the feel of nothing was clean. The bed looked absolutely miserable. The moment you just touched the curtains they fell apart. Just in poor condition. We wish we would have read some of the latest reviews before we booked. We put the keys back in the key-box and found some place else to stay for our vacation.

Also… Fangen wir mit der Parksituation an… 12 Euro am Tag für einen Stellplatz? Leute… das ist nur abzocke und nichts anderes.. Das Bild mit dem Blick auf die Ostsee, kann sehr Irreführend sein. Das Badezimmer ist super schön, allerdings ist die Funktionalität, eher so lala. Bei der Dusche muss man tüchtig aufpassen, dass man die Wohnung nicht flutet. Die Spülung der Toilette, ist eine Katastrophe. Der erste Eindruck war wirklich gut! Aber schon am nächsten Tag, sind uns unglaublich viele Mängel aufgefallen, die man so auf den ersten Blick gar nicht sieht. Es wurde unheimlich viel gepfuscht in dieser Wohnung. Auch das Zubehör, für die Küche ist leider mangelhaft. Der Topf der dort vor Ort ist, beult sich aus, dadurch bekommt die Herdplatte eine Fehlermeldung. Wasser kochen ist also eher schwierig. Das Bett ist ein Sofa, auf das einfach nur ein Topper gelegt wurde. Selten so schlecht geschlafen. Die Sauberkeit? Naja.. Als wir das Sofa ausklappen wollten, um uns gemütlich vor den Fernseher zu legen.. wurde uns übel.. unter der Sofa Matratze, waren soooooooo viele Haare, Schuppen und sonst was für Zeug. Überall brandlöcher … einfach nicht schön.. an sich eine gute Unterkunft. Wenn man keinen hohen Anspruch an Hygiene und sowas hat. Wir werden dort wohl nicht wieder hingehen.

Sehr schönes Appartement, klein aber fein und gemütlich. Die Ausstattung in der Küche war ausreichend für zwei Erwachsene und ein Kind. Es ist alles in der Nähe was man benötigt, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Restaurant, Wechselstube bei Bedarf ecta.ist vor Ort. Der Gastgeber ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, steht gerne bei Fragen zur Verfügung. Schade das der Weg zum Strand etwas weit ist, man benötigt min. 10 bis 15 Minuten zu Fuß. Swinemünde ist herrlich, wir würden wieder kommen.

Wszystko w najlepszym porządku, bardzo klimatyczny apartament, cudowny taras, cisza i spokój, pod nosem sklepy i Mc D, wszystko co potrzebne dla wypadu we dwoje Gospodarz bardzo sympatyczny, służący wszelką pomocą i zainteresowaniem czy wszystko ok Polecam serdecznie, z pewnością tam wrócę Pozdrawiam Agata

Im Text der Unterkunft stand ein Schlafzimmer und ein Wohnzimmer , es ist aber nur ein Raum. Aber der Vermieter hat unser Problem gelöst, wir haben eine andere Wohnung bekommen mit getrennten Räumen, es hat uns sehr gut gefallen.

Hübsche Wohnung

Sehr schöne Lage! Tiefgaragen Parkplatz kann dazu gebucht werden! Die Wohnung ist gut eingerichtet und 15 Minuten vom Strand entfernt.
