A comfortably furnished 2-room apartment with bedroom with double bed (160 x 200 cm) and living room with double couch (140 x 200 cm) and kitchenette. Apartment equipped with washing machine and microwave.

The apartment house "Labedz" is located in the "spa district" of the city of Świnoujście in the Sienkiewicza street 17 and is only 100m from the promenade and 200m from the beach. As part of a complex development and modernization of the building has managed both externally and in the interior of the building to maintain the beautiful features of the architecture of the 20s. The house has four floors with a loft. At your disposal are very individually furnished 2 bedroom apartments with bathroom, kitchenette and television. Ferienwohnung war mit Balkon angegeben, den haben wir vergeblich gesucht.

In der Anzeige war die Ferienwohnung mit Balkon abgebildet, leider befand sich die Ferienwohnung im 3. Stock und hatte keinen Balkon. Der Fernseher hatte keine Programme, 3 Rollen Toilettenpapier sind zu wenig für eine Woche. Das Wasser in der Dusche hatte keinen Druck. Die Wohnung ist sehr einfach eingerichtet. Sie wirkt nicht sehr einladend. Der Ausblick in einen Innenhof und angrenzende Altbauten war nicht schön.

Sehr schönes Haus, tolle Lage - kurzer Weg zum Strand!

Angenehm eingerichtete Ferienwohnung, Zimmer und Bad gut bis sehr gut. Ein Stern Abzug für die Küchenausstattung: keine Geschirrspülmaschine, 2 Platten Herd, auf den kaum zwei Töpfe Platz finden. Aber insgesamt prima!
