I have to go to Walmart and buy cooking pot because the one they have is was burned. The owner refunded me for that. The backyard is really big and nice which made my staying less stressful, there’s two owner. ketevan is really sweet and always available I feel bad that I wasn’t happy with the house she also let us check in early, and trying really hard to make our stay comfortable but unfortunately the house required more accommodation. The basement have a really bad musty smelling that didn’t allowed the kids to play or watch tv. Talking about the other kateva partner (don’t remember her name ) she needs to learn how to treat customers she was really rude , and told me to get out of the house because I was complaining about the house situation. (Where I’m gonna go with my kids)? . I broke two spoons doing my daughter baby cereal, ( they need good Quality utensils), not from the dollar tree. I hope they can outcome from that situation and update their home for future clients. They do have air conditioner on every room, they rooms bed are really comfy,( except the ones on the living room). We also brought a little pool for the kids keteva prepared the water hose to fill up the pool, that was really nice of her. She also refunded me part of the money for the nights that we stayed. ##### Zully A. Stayed 2 nights in Jul 2019 ### 2/10 Terrible #### Aaron S. 22 Jul 2019 Disliked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, listing accuracy #### Renters Beware. Property Not as Described. Save yourself the headache. When we arrived at our location we were under the impression the house would be stocked with basic supplies like toilet paper, paper towels, garbage bags. We had a group of 7 people for 2 nights. There was 3 rolls of toilet paper and one role of paper towel supplied by the owner. However, this could have been an oversight so we moved on. Our next issue came after we spent well over $100 on food and went to put it in the fridge. The fridge said it was at 33 degrees, however, there was no cool area whatsoever when we opened the door. The freezer was also digitally set to -3 degrees and this was barely cool at all. We ended up throwing away some of the food since it spoiled. We voiced our concerns several times with Ketevan and she did nothing to help. She said she would "call the company" to see what was the matter, but she never stopped over to check herself or provide any in person assistance. There was one small AC unit in the living room for the entire house, which was not enough to make any significant impact. This made trying to sleep at night in 70-something degree weather very difficult. When we arrived it had not rained all day, however, the entire basement floor was soaking wet. Not wet as if it was mopped, but enough water to know that something was leaking. After further investigation we noticed that there was a leaking pipe and the water from the shower was flooding the basement. I think the most impressive part of the stay was how stiff the beds were. I had never experienced anything quite like it in my entire life. It felt like we were sleeping on hardwood floors. Combined with the lack of air conditioning, it made for two sleepless nights during our weekend stay. To top it off we lost almost the entirety of our deposit. This was quoted as being for a "broken pool stick and broken basketball hoop". If you see the pictures you can see the hoop is literally nailed to a wooden board on a tree and is very flimsy. The pool stick was cheap and looked like something from $5 below. I will say that the outdoor area by the creek was enjoyable. Besides that this trip was a nightmare form the start. Ketevan should be congratulated for her snake oil. I thought I was a pretty saavy guy, but boy was I wrong. The house is very small and poorly constructed. This is clearly designed to pray on renters and this owner should not be allowed on VRBO in my opinion. This whole experience makes me question using VRBO again in the future ##### Aaron S.
