2/10 Terrible

The reason I rated this as terrible is mainly because I had booked through Expedia and pre-paid for 2 nights stay there about a month before I was to go, When I arrived at the hotel my reservation had been cancelled. Not impressed. The lady at the front desk was trying her hardest to do something. Ended up getting a room (not the one we booked) for 1 night then later that evening she called to let us know that we could have it for a second night as well.

Well situated for travelers - easily reached from the highway but with enough distance for quiet. Nicely appointed lobby and breakfast lounge and my room was spotless and comfortable.

Glad breakfast is finally included with the stay. One of, if not the best hotel breakfast in Swift Current. Rooms are always clean.

Excellent breakfast, lots of choice. Coffee available at check-in. Didn't like: no elevators. Second floor rooms are up a full flight of stairs which made it a challenge for seniors carrying luggage.

Very nice hotel. Comfortable beds. Good amenities. Very helpful staff. Quite reasonably priced. Restaurant was surprisingly good, as was the breakfast. A real relief after a series of terrible hotels while on a cross-Canada road trip. Would definitely recommend this place and will plan to stay here again next time I am crossing the Prairies.

Very nice staff. Nice lounge and restaurant in the hotel. When we got into Smiley’s Bar and Grill it was packed but somehow they got us a table. When we got our food we knew why it was full. Fabulous food and a lot of it

The room was large, beds comfortable. We heard some traffic noise at night but it really didn’t bother us. Very nice breakfast. Location is very convenient. We would definitely stay here again.

My last stay a month ago the room was very clean, this experience was much different, with room smell of must and smoke. Disappointed and likely not to stay again.

Now the breakfast is included without extra charge. That thing really bothered me when happened. Over 130-170 they charged extra for breakfast and the kitchen staff attacking you asking for the breakfast receipt. Is good now.
