"Perfect spot for our extended family visiting for University of Dayton graduation weekend. Very clean, comfortable and spacious for everyone. Plenty of parking and kitchen amenities for everyone. 20 minutes to campus was easy and plenty of restaurant options nearby. Highly recommend."

"Upon first glance on walking in the property was perfect. We started playing games and noticed the TV in the room would not turn on nor would the lighting turn on in the room. The slot machines do not work properly. They do not track what you’re winning. They are also not written in English. The rest of the game room was nice. There’s a four top table and that is all the seating you have for any type of meals. We did prepare dinner. The grill outside was great. It didn’t need to be cleaned. However, we had to buy tongs to use on the grill which we left in the property. We took plates and dishes out of the cabinets that were dirty and had to be washed before we could use them. The spices and items to help prepare food. We’re very very limited as were cutlery and knives."
