Here’s a modern 4 bedroom house that’s ready to welcome up to 9 guests to Swansea and South Wales. From the moment you enter, you’ll realise that here’s a home that’s really well maintained by the hosts and owners. The lounge is spacious with a sofa that allows everyone to sit and watch 40-inch flat screen television with Freeview.

The kitchen has smart units and worktops and features all the appliances you’re likely to need to enjoy self-catering independence while you’re staying in Swansea.

All the beds in all of the bedrooms are sure to give you a good night’s sleep. We’ll leave you to decide who stays in what room, suffice to say there’s room for up to 9 friends, family members or work colleagues, and plenty of space for everyone to store their stuff. And when the time comes to freshen up, the bathroom has a smart suite with a tub with shower over, so you can choose to relax in a bath of bubbles at the end of a busy day, and then wake up to an invigorating shower in the morning.

And with the train station easily reached too, if you’re arriving from places further afield such as London or Manchester, it won’t take you long to get from the platform to the house.
