Lovely house, loads of room and everything we needed was there.Comfortable beds, gorgeous wood burner (though with the heating on in the evening as well the dogs got a bit warm, the second day onwards we just lit it for a few hours at lunch time), clean enough but not immaculate, which is much more relaxing when bringing dogs. It felt like a cosy home from home in a beautiful part of the world!
Middleton Hall is a very comfortable and well furnished and equipped holiday house and the welcome pack of Welsh cakes was appreciated. We enjoyed our visit but sadly the noise from the building site across the road was troubling. This however, could not be helped.
The beach at Rhossili is magnificent, if somewhat challenging for access and egress.
It would be a good idea to secure the Wi-fi with a password rather than leaving it 'open' as this is not safe for online banking.

Super warm farmhouse, aga means it's always cosy. Comfortable, well placed for fantastic coast walks and the wonderful Rhossili beach.
Lots of space & a perfect base for exploring the stunning beaches/ Coastal path of the Gower.
It is super remote, sop make sure you bring supplies with you. There is a Premier shop about 10 mins drive away. We also discovered lots of lovely pubs in 15/0 mins drive time.
Great location for a a family holiday, especially with dogs.

Being a farmer's daughter, I felt perfectly at home there as it reminded me of my childhood, but several of our guests were worried about the damp in bedrooms and would have liked to see more 'wardrobe space' for hanging clothes.
The family were very friendly and helpful and altogether we enjoyed our brief stay there.
