Located on the banks of Rainey Creek this brand new 4 bedroom townhouse is in the heart of Swan Valley. A scenic community nestled along the South Fork of the Snake River, one of the premier dry-fly fisheries in all of North America.

This new home is comfortable with lots of space to relax after a day of fishing, hiking, boating or sight seeing. It is equipped with high-speed fiber optic Internet and is within walking distance of the new Swan Valley General Store.

This home is conveniently located just 45 minutes from Idaho Falls, 1 hour from famous Jackson Hole and 1 hour from Grand Targhee Ski Resort. With world famous fishing, hiking and the Palisades reservoir just minutes away, it is the perfect central location for your vacation during any season of the year.

This was a great property and was perfect for my family to have a great 4 day mini vacation. Neighborhood is very nice and a quiet place. I would stay again and recommend to other friends and family.

Thoughtful Hosts, Great Property
The duplex townhome is in a quiet cul de sac, a 3 minute walk from the local grocery store. The house was immaculate and the kitchen is well stocked with utensils, cookware, and all the basics that you need. The place is very nicely decorated and also more spacious than it appears online.The most impressive part for me was the thoughtful touches that the hosts supplied. There were kids toys in one bedroom including a full size pac man game that we all had a blast playing, a fully stocked game shelf upstairs, and a basket of goodies on the kitchen island when we arrived. After a long drive and late arrival having enough tea and coffee to get us started in the morning was greatly appreciated! We have stayed in many vacation rental homes and this was definitely one of the best.

The house was beautiful. Our stay was short, but everything was so convenient in regards to getting in and locating items within the home. We had 7 adults and 3 children under 3. The home accommodated us all. There were even books and a few toys for the kids. Would definitely stay there again!
