This house was big enough for two families to meet up at. Outside area was not very useable with a tiny back patio. Fantastic living area and super comfy couch. The closet in the master bedroom easily fits a pack and play for a baby's bedroom, and was surprisingly quiet.
We are building a house nearby, and need to stay here while we were meeting with contractors. My younger nephews joined us and delivered some materials to our house, and they continued on for adventures in Yellowstone and grand Teton. Great time for them and for us. Thank you for hosting.
Our family had a wonderful stay . If you do not mind driving and enjoying the beautiful views this is a wonderful place to stay with family and friends. . Very spacious, quiet and peaceful. 10/10 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Thank you very much for allowing us to rent your property. The house was perfect for our annual orthopedic ski retreat. Very spacious and the hot tub was amazing after a long day ski skiing and snowboarding at Grand Targhee. Looking forward to renting this facility again next year for our annual trip to Driggs!!
We had a pleasant stay. The place was large and very clean. The panoramic view was amazing! The family was duly impressed and the young ones enjoyed the playroom. Thank you so much!
Everything was great the whole trip. The location is great for both Grand Teton and Yellowstone. There is enough room for many adults, enough parking for several cars, and a nice fire pit that even had some firewood left for us.
The only negative thing would be that when many people shower, the showers can go cold, however, this is easily manageable.
Oh my goodness! I would move to this house. So roomy and the views were incredible! The master suite was enormous! The perfect retreat after a long day of exploring. So clean and well kept! This may be my all time favorite VRBO!
We loved our stay at wildcat cabin. Conveniently located in the town of Driggs. We loved Driggs compared to crowded Jackson! We enjoyed the Teton river float and the put in/take out points.are less than 5 miles from home. Hiking trails nearby in national forest where pups are allowed! Views from every room, spacious home and comfortable seating for cozy TV nights.
It was pretty great. Loved the porch, hot tub, kitchen, and comfortable furniture. We would have liked one more private room for adults. Pretty much met all our needs, but knowing we had 22 people we could have used more rolls of toilet paper, and a few more dishwasher pods.
Great place, peaceful, convenient location to visit both Grand Tetons and Yellowstone.
We all loved the small town atmosphere of Briggs, the Brouhmin(?) grocery store was excellent for groceries and take home meals. The small town shops were all a hit, none of them disappointed, a genuinely friendly town that welcomed visitors. The peaceful, gorgeous views of the Tetons and open sky sunsets were enjoyed with evening family walks around the neighborhood, and we enjoyed the away from home family dog, the black lab named Scout, that played fetch with everyone. We did have to try to stagger the showers due to running out of hot water after about 3-4 showers. We also had trouble making pancakes without a spatula, we did provide one for the house, and I should have thought to buy and leave a griddle, since the large pan had been rounded and wasn’t good for fixing pancakes. Side note: the house is showing a little wear on doors and base boards, we recently built a house similar to this one’s interior, and builder used a paint that easily just wipes clean. We were all very thankful and pleased for the great house and accommodations.
We had 4 adults and 6 kids under 13 stay here. The house was spacious and gave everyone some room to breathe. The only thing I made sure to pack for extra was laundry detergent and some dishwasher pods. I only did this because I read some reviews. We did use them. Our kids were entertained when we were there. The kitchen was large enough for everyone to be in too.
We loved the view here. Absolutely amazing. Added bonus is its location and price. It’s about couple hours from Yellowstone and not far to Jackson. We also went the Alpine direction and we were able to see Kokanee salmon breeding. I would absolutely stay here again.
The property location is beautiful, quiet and large parking area. The yard needed to be mowed and weeds were over taking the flower beds. The front porch could have been cleaned better, but it was a great front porch that we used often. The home is beautiful, clean and nicely land out. The house was not stocked with supplies you needed to use the house, no garbage bags, no laundry detergent, only a few dishwasher pods. When we called the property manager she promptly brought the supplies. She was easy to reach and answered right away. Overall we were very happy with the home. It was location was perfect to town.
The house was wonderful! Beautiful view of the Tetons from the front porch. So close to the Ski Resort and Jackson Hole. We rented bikes from Peaked Sports and rode a local path.
The only downfall to the house is that there’s a TON of mice poop in the garage. But we’re fortunate enough that we never have encountered any in the house. The pillows were subpar so I’d recommend bringing your own. And there’s no A/C however, if the wind if blowing in your rooms favor at night, then you can cool down that way. There are lots of fans that’s provided if you don’t have a room with windows that are in line with the wind.
My whole family absolutely loved this trip and I highly recommend staying here.
Overall, the home was great. We enjoyed our time here. The kitchen is well stocked with lots of utensils and dishes. There were plenty of towels and various supplies if needed. We spent most of the time outside of the home, but watching the sunrise from the front patio with coffee in hand was magnificent! Also, one of the neighborhood dogs likes to stop by and play fetch. He was super cute!
A few drawbacks to consider:
1. Like a few other reviews have mentioned, the hot tub was a little green and had a strong strong chlorine smell. That didn’t stop us from getting in it though. It could definitely use a throughout cleaning after being drained.
2. The beds, at least in the master bedroom, are extra firm. It’s like sleeping on a plywood plank. For some people this is great, others not so much.
3. The garage was left in complete disarray. When we arrived, there was a huge pile of trash left in the garage. The grill was absolutely disgusting and junk was left lying around everywhere. Unless you want to clean the entire garage, it’s impossible to park a car in there.
4. The backyard is not tended to. The weeds are overgrown and there was an old grill, trash, and other outdoor tools left lying around everywhere outside.
5. Lastly, one of the neighbors came by in the morning while we were enjoying coffee on the porch. He was incredibly rude, told us we looked like hell and to make sure to turn the lights off because it’s disturbing his nighttime view. We didn’t even leave the
This was a great place to stay as a base for our adventures. There were lists of outdoor games that were great for extended family. The view is beautiful and the neighborhood is quiet.
We loved the view and really enjoyed our stay. The kitchen was great to cook in and we had plenty of room. Great location to many wonderful adventures.
We loved our stay! Between the gorgeous views, awesome hot tub, and expansive house we got to enjoy each others company while only being a quick, beautiful drive from Jackson Hole.
We had an amazing time with friends at this wonderful home! It was very clean, decorated beautifully, comfortable and convenient! We loved our time at Wild Cat Cabin!
