Hot tub for 5 (private). Private parking for 1 car. No smoking.. Beautifully presented and all on the ground floor, it adjoins the owners’ home while giving you your own comfortable space. Inside, a cosy sitting area gathers around a characterful fireplace for relaxed evenings after days out, perfect for board games or a good book. A practical kitchen area makes mealtimes easy between outings.

    The courtyard garden is made for fresh air, with seating corners, a summerhouse with extra space to sit, and a superb hot tub to ease tired muscles. From here you can join miles of paths through the National Forest, or stroll to local eateries and shops.

    Days out are easy too, with the National Brewery Centre, Tutbury Castle, the SnowDome at Tamworth, the National Memorial Arboretum and Twycross Zoo all within reach.
