"We booked Villa Nina for a family holiday with our boys age 8 & 10. We wanted a week to relax and this place was perfect. Situated in a quiet hamlet about 30 minutes from Pula Airport (def need a car) the house was bright and clean with a beautiful outside area. The kids were thrilled with the mini football pitch, pool table foosball and PlayStation not to mention the slide into the pool. All that allowed us to relax. We took a trip to Sanc Michael Theme Park - fantastic place for the kids...

"Die Villa war sehr schön und sauber. Die Gastgeber waren super nett, dauerhaft und schnell erreichbar. Tolle Zimmer mit Klimaanlage. Große Terrasse. Der Pool war ziemlich kalt, was aber bei 30 Grad nicht schlimm war. Wenn es zu kalt wurde hatte man die Möglichkeit in den Whirpool zu gehen oder die Sauna zu nutzen. Es gab keine Beschwerden falls die Musik mal lauter war. Gerne wieder:)"

"Was looking for a special place to celebrate a 55th birthday with family, girlfriends of family as well as best friends. Whilst lots of choice, this seemed to rock all the boxes, offering peace and quiet, sports facilities as well as top end accommodation. Interaction with the owners was first class all the way through before arriving, once arriving and meeting the owner, he was extremely helpful offering advice as well as answering any questions very quickly. Would recommend."

"The property is located in Peresiji, a very quiet village just outsite Svetvincenat. The small city of Svetvincenat is just 5 minutes away (2.5 kilometers). Closest big shops (Plodine and Konzum) only 20 minutes with the car. Beaches and bigger cities like Porec and Pula about 40 minutes with the car. The house was very clean when we arrived. Mr Edi and Mrs Sonja welcomed us at the house and gave us all the necesary explanations. They are very friendly and easy to reach (whatsapp) if you need...

"Wir waren mit 12 Erwachsenen und 9 Kindern in dieser tollen Villa während der 2 Pfingstwoche zu Gast. Das Anwesen ist geschmackvoll, sauber und sehr liebevoll eingerichtet. Alles ist neuwertig und gut durchdacht. Unser herzlicher Dank geht an Toni, der uns wärmstens mit einem Aperitiv willkommen hieß. Wir verbrachten eine atemberaubende Zeit in der Villa, in dem der tolle Pool und die überdachte Grillecke hervorzuheben sind. Dort spielte sich das Leben ab. Die Kinder liebten es. Die zwei Küchen...

"A great stay in a very lovely house. Great standards and the pool very well kept as well. Further, the hosts were very nice and welcoming. Great stay (we stayed there for a week in July 2023)."

"We had a very nice week having no major issues. For us as a large group of adults it was a little problem we need to go inside in the evening because of the neighborhood but in general we found a good solution for all sides. A second fridge would be good and the TV didn‘t work (no problem for us). Contact with host was very good and helpful in all situations."
