The detached villa, built in 2022, is modernly furnished. The property is located on the outskirts of the village. The domicile is popular due to the view from the property of the forests and its quiet and sunny location. This holiday property is a family-friendly accommodation. Available for exclusive use are: sun lounger, children's playground, swing, garden shower, barbecue facilities, terrace, pavilion, and garden furniture.

Savičenta, district of Štokovci. The villa is located on a 919 sqm enclosed garden plot with lawn, shrubs and trees, bordered by a hedge and a wall. The landlord does not live in the house or on the property. Access is via a side road. Parking (for 3 cars) in a carport and on the property.

Air conditioning. Internet access (Wi-Fi) and washing machine. TV reception via satellite.  
For your **safety**, the accommodation is equipped with a first aid kit.
