Villa Rahela is a beautiful holiday home of 200 m2 on a plot of 719 m2 with heated pool. The house is furnished in a rustic Istrian style combined with modern high-quality furniture. It is located in a quiet place not far from the historic town of Svetvincenat.The house consists of two floors. On the ground floor there is a living room with kitchen and dining room with access to the terrace, bathroom with shower and pantry. Upstairs is a hallway that leads to four bedrooms, one of which has an en-suite bathroom and another additional bathroom is available for the other three bedrooms.Each room has air conditioning. Heating is possible with pellets / fireplace and air conditioning. In the yard there is a large heated pool of 40 m2, summer kitchen with a fireplace and a garden where it is possible to arrange a children's playground. The garden is equipped with an automatic lawn irrigation system. The yard is fenced with a beautiful tall hedge that offers complete privacy.
