Casa Biguli is an authentic Istrian stone house dating back to 1896, beautifully renovated to blend historic charm with modern comfort. The ground floor features a welcoming living and dining area, a fully equipped kitchen, and a convenient half bathroom with a washing machine. Upstairs, you will find two comfortable bedrooms, including one spacious room with a queen bed and a second room with two single beds, alongside a full bathroom complete with a bathtub. The highlight of the property is the expansive covered terrace, which acts as an open-air living room perfect for dining and relaxing while overlooking the private pool and the surrounding nature. The exterior also offers a private garden, a barbecue grill for outdoor meals, and an open garage for your convenience.



Guest Access:

As our guest, you have complete and exclusive access to the entire Casa Biguli villa and its private grounds. You are free to enjoy the renovated interior, including the ground floor living and dining areas, the fully equipped kitchen, and all bedrooms and bathrooms. Outside, you have full private use of the swimming pool, the spacious covered terrace, the garden, and the barbecue area. We also provide an open garage for your convenience, ensuring you have secure parking during your stay.

Getting Around:

To enjoy the best of the Istrian countryside and coast, we highly recommend arriving by car. Casa Biguli is located in the peaceful village of Radici, and having your own vehicle allows for the greatest flexibility when exploring nearby beaches, local towns, and scenic inland attractions. We provide a private open garage with space for two vehicles free of charge for our guests. For those arriving by air, Pula Airport is the closest major hub, typically reachable in about forty five minutes by car.



Other Things to Note:

Included services include access to our private swimming pool, open seasonally from May to mid-October.

We provide fresh bed linen and towels for your stay.

You will also enjoy the comfort of air conditioning, complimentary wireless internet, and free parking on the premises. Please note that our check-in time is from 16:00 to 20:00 and check-out is by 10:00.

To comply with public safety regulations, all guests are required to complete an online check-in process, which may include providing identification.

Pets are welcome for an additional fee of 10 EUR per day, but dangerous dog breeds are not permitted. Events and parties are not suitable at this property.
