Shop 1 km, restaurant 1 km, bus stop 4.7 km, pebble beach 12 km. 2nd floor is closed and not occupied.
    4-room house 120 m2 on 2 levels. Shower/WC. Upper floor: (exterior staircase) living/dining room with 1 double sofabed (150 cm), satellite TV and air conditioning. Exit to the terrace. 1 room with 1 french bed and air conditioning. 1 room with 2 beds, satellite TV and air conditioning. 1 room with 1 double bed, satellite TV and air conditioning. Open kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, kettle, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine). Bath/WC. Forced-air heating. Deck chairs.
