B. Toaster) nicht wirklich vorhanden waren (dafür ein E-Grill). Der Pool war sauber, die Zimmer ausreichend groß, In den Bädern leider gar keine, insgesamt zu wenig Steckdosen. Ein weiterer Nachteil war, dass nur eine echte Dusche vorhanden war. Die restlichen Bäder verfügten über Wanne mit Duschkopf, leider aber keinen Duschvorhang. Das Problem war aber mit etwas Vorsicht und einem Handtuch am Boden dann auch keines mehr. Der Vermieter war nett, sympathisch und unkompliziert. In 4 km Entfernung mehrere große Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, vor Ort ein kleiner (teurer) Laden und ein gutes Restaurant. Zum Strand dauerte es etwa 25 Minuten. Wij geven het een 10 !!! Wij verbleven zomer 2017 met 10 pers. in deze luxe villa. Bij aankomst werden wij warm verwelkomd door de sympathieke eigenaar Klaudio Juričiċ. Als verassing had hij witte wijn, van eigen wijngaard, kaas en olijfolie voor ons klaargezet. De villa was van binnen en buiten super schoon en de bedden waren opgemaakt. Zwembad, tuin en terras lagen er prachtig bij. Het zwembad werd met regelmaat vroeg in de ochtend onderhouden. Na 7 dagen werd schoon beddengoed geleverd. De villa is recent gebouwd, mooi afgewerkt en zeer compleet uitgerust. De kamers zijn ruim en hebben allen een eigen badkamer en airco. De keuken is van alle gemakken voorzien. In het Kroatische klimaat is vooral het buitenterrein van de villa een heerlijkheid. Prachtig terras met ligbedden, stoelen met parasol, een buitenkeuken met BBQ en een heerlijk zwembad. De tuin loopt rondom het huis en is groot genoeg om een balletje te trappen. De tuin is tevens voorzien van een schommel, glijbaan en trampoline. Ook staat er een tafeltennistafel. Op de eerste verdieping is een tweede terras welke aansluit op een fitnessruimte. Het uitzicht is vrij. Je kijkt over een weiland met wijnranken. Wil je fietsen dan kan je deze bij de eigenaar huren. Voor boodschappen vind je in het dorp een supermarkt en een bakker. In Nedešćina zit ook het Restaurant Placa waar wij heerlijk hebben gegeten. Istrië is ons enorm goed bevallen. Het is niet te druk, de omgeving is prachtig en de zee is heerlijk. Het dorp Rabac ligt op c.a. 15 minuten rijden van de villa en bied veel vertier. Vanuit Rabac kan je diverse boottochten te maken, je kan er parasailen, duiken, Jetski’s en motorboten huren. In Rabac liggen kiezelstranden en er is een boulevard met diverse restaurants en winkeltjes. Wij hebben een tocht gemaakt met de Exporer. Een mooie boottocht langs de kust en tussendoor zwemmen en snorkelen in het kristalheldere zeewater. Het is ook heerlijk om vanaf de rotsige kust in zee te duiken. Wil je de drukte opzoeken dan liggen de grote steden zoals Pula, Rovinje, Porec binnen een uur rijden van de villa. Zoek je waterpret dan is er in de buurt van Novigrad een Aquapark. Wij hebben enorm genoten van onze vakantie. Een prachtige villa, mooi land en omgeving, mooie kust en heerlijk klimaat. Wat mij ook erg goed bevalt is dat de toerist niet financieel wordt uitgebuit. De plaatselijke bevolking is erg vriendelijk en doet moeite het naar je zin te maken. Echt een aanrader ! U ook een fijne vakantie gewenst. Marc. ##### mARC v.
