The receptionist was excellent. As a foreigner, her welcome and kindness was above and beyond, thank you kindly. The rest of the staff were also amazing. I will never forget the woman at breakfast bringing me Mikitsi with icing sugar, and telling me eat…eat, so personal and sweet. The spa is included, except for the turkish bath, and it was clean and refreshing after a long day of travelling. The hottub could of been a little hotter and with more jets, but nevertheless good enough. I would recommend this hotel to anyone, and when I return i will stay here again without a heartbeat!!

We loved the ambience of the hotel. Everywhere you looked were bits of history from photographs and paintings to the antique furniture. The room was comfortable with all the amenities you could need and the staff was friendly and attentive to all our needs. It was a FABULOUS find!

Magical location, really romantic and serene. We stayed at the castle which was a great and unique experience. We had a little issue with the toilet seat and the room was a bit small but I guess this was part of the charm of the place. Staff were really nice and friendly especially the somellier, ...
