The exclusive luxury villa is located in the center of the famous wine region of Collalto Susegana near Conegliano, in view of the beautiful castle. The wine summer of the Count Collalto is an integral part of the history and progress of this area. This was the great house of winemakers and owners of vineyards. It has recently been transformed into a comfortable charming villa. The villa "Kingdom of vineyards" can be the starting point for interesting day trips, to the Dolomites Mountains or to the Adriatic beaches. With short trips by car you can reach the art history towns of Vittorio Veneto, Conegliano, Follina, Cison Valmarino, and the famous Venice, Padua, Vicenza, Bassano, Asolo. The villa is immersed in 7 acres of rolling hills, 5 of which is the cultivation of grapes, the remaining 2 are covered by orchards, olive groves and woods. Where is the famous wine DOCG "Two Castles" where guests can taste the sparkling wine and olive oil. In the meadow surrounding the villa is the swimming pool of 11x6 meters with a whirlpool and water fountain. Alongside the pool is a large verandah furnished with tables and chairs, barbecue and also an outdoor kitchen in marble. In this area wine tours and wine tasting routes are considered a cultural activity. Here we are in the middle of Prosecco DOC area, in the triangle Valdobbiadene, Vittorio Veneto, Conegliano. An area where the wineries and the wine cellars are at the top of every hill. Rooms, beds and facilities: Living room with fireplace, 60 inch TV, and dining room, and a complete and modern kitchen. The decor is "country chic", using natural materials like stone and wood, giving it a rough and rustic style. Our family of 11 (7 adults and 4 kids under 10yrs) had plenty of space in the updated, modern but classic farmhouse. But most of our time was spent in the luxurious infinity pool with splash pad area and the welcomed covered terrace. The postcard panorama sprawled for miles, green vineyards rolling in every direction. Close to so many Prosecco tastings, including Tenuta2Castelli, on the property at the bottom of the driveway where we enjoyed an informative and delicious tasting and private dinner. Traditional restaurants within minutes and easy access to the Prosecco Road and daytrips to the Dolomites. Beatrice and the staff at Veneto Hills were a joy to work with, warm, friendly, and responsive from booking to meeting in person to check-out. Simple and painless process. It was a dream trip we didn’t want to wake up from. We highly recommend and hope to be back soon! ##### Danielle H. Die Zimmer waren sauber und zweckmäßig. Teilweise waren aber die Duschen sehr klein (Innenmaße: 55x55 cm). In der Küche waren die wesentlichen Dinge vorhanden, jedoch gab es nur wenige Rotweingläser. Schade ist, dass die Außenanlage wenig gepflegt erscheint. So war beispielsweise der Rasen nicht gemäht, im Pool fehlten bereits etliche Mosaikfliesenteile und die Sauberkeit des Pools war teilweise nicht gegeben (schmieriger Boden, schwarzer Rand). Das Poolhaus war unaufgeräumt und nicht gereinigt. Ebenso war es schade, dass am Tisch auf der Terrasse nur neun Sitzplätze vorhanden waren. Für ein Haus für 13 Personen viel zu wenig. Auch gab es nur acht Liegen. An den Geräten im Fitnessraum waren ebenfalls Spinnweben und es hatte den Anschein, als wäre länger nicht gereinigt worden. Eigentlich wäre es ein sehr schönes Haus in bester Lage, doch leider ist das Ganze schon in die Jahre gekommen und es fehlt die Pflege der Außenanlagen. Sehr positiv ist zu erwähnen, dass die Betreuung durch Bea super war. ##### Astrid G.
