"Made a last minute booking for Friday and Saturday night after a week in the CBD for work. Made a request for a bath as I was sick with a head cold. The lady at reception was amazing and moved around rooms so that I could get a bath despite being booked out when I enquired. Wonderful hotel staff, really lovely to have a chat to.
