  • Welcome to “Karma’s A Beach”! This charming 4-bedroom, 4.5 bathroom home located in the heart of Surfside is just 0.2 miles north of Surfside Pier. Conveniently located to easily walk to the beach and close by family-friendly restaurants. A well-equipped kitchen boasting granite countertops complete with all large and small appliances, dinnerware, cookware, glassware & utensils to prepare and serve meals. The first floor features a master bedroom with a private bathroom. The other three rooms are located on the second floor. The additional master bathroom on the second floor features a double sink, walk-in tile shower, and private balcony. The exterior of the home features a back porch overlooking the fenced-in backyard and pool that offers seasonal pool heat (fees applies). The raised beach style of this home allows parking for up to three vehicles.
