The property is amazing. Very well appointed in to a very high standard. Beds are great and rooms full black out so we always get a great nights sleep.

We hired an electric car - we paid for parking every night as I was told there was electric charges available for the customers. None of the charges worked in our hired car.
They had a charger for the Tesla near the entrance but there was always a non electric car parked in that spot and we were unable to charge our vehicle. Waste of money staying at that hotel. We lost money returning our vehicle as we couldn’t bring it back with a full battery. I would like to request a partial refund from this stay. I would never recommend this property.
When we were leaving and upstairs packing our luggage we advised the front staff that we had parked the car in front to bring our bags down and because the weather was heavy rain and wind. At 2am we had security knocking on our hotel room door requesting we move the car. I repeated myself and told him we are just parking our bags and checking out. So on the Saturday night we did not sleep at the hotel and we lost more money.
It was just terrible.
