After three days I. The room I need requested room services The sink and the shower in the bathroom 🚻 was stop running out and the bad smells go to the entire room. Customer Services was lack of information no body know nothings.. the prices in the stores to hight To finalize I never find the pool area because no body know where was.

While this is an older hotel, it does have a lot of amenities that the family would love. Unfortunately the bathroom in my hotel room was not cleaned and the showered failed to drain until I cleared the hair and debris from the drain catcher. I was only here one night, so I did mention it when checking out. Also, the website claimed that all the rooms have recently been updated, but I don’t think that applied in the tower where I stayed. The stand for the sink was rusty and the back of the bathroom door had a huge crack in it. So, maybe they haven’t had the opportunity to update all the rooms. However, the staff that I encountered were all helpful and friendly.
