"Overall the space worked perfectly for our large extended family. We had an issue with the fire detectors going off in the early hours of one morning and while the property manager was non responsive when we reached out to the owner of the house the issue was resolved within a couple of hours. One very large issue that was brought up to the property manager and to the owner and was ignored by both was the lack of water pressure on the third floor. At times there was little to no water coming out of the kitchen sink, bathroom sinks and showers. This happened even when there were no other showers occurring on the other floors as well. It occurred through the entirety of our stay. We also had issues with the linens not having complete sets (missing pillow cases) which happened with more than half of the sets. Overall the property was clean but you could tell they’ve cut corners with the bathrooms where the toilets, sinks and showers didn’t look clean (soap scum present and hairs in the shower). Some things in the house need a little TLC but overall nice. The location was the absolute best thing about the house. It was a quick walk to the beach, shopping, coffee shops, etc."

"The property was as described— lovely well spaced. It was slightly over a block from the beach. The surrounding area had plenty of restaurants and things to do. Everyone had a great time! Will return again!"

"Our family had an amazing 2 week stay in this beautiful home with an unbeatable view located right on the beach. The house is also on the same street as How You Brewin and very easy walks to The Local, Rich’s ice cream, and many other restaurants and shops. 10/10 recommend!"

"Wonderful experience from start to finish. Easy communication throughout with the host. We arrived and found the house to be exactly as advertised (honestly even nicer). Clean sheets on every bed greeted us, along with a well stocked kitchen. Comfortable beds. Wonderful beach chairs, toys, umbrellas, etc. Prime location- quiet yet close to restaurants, mini golfing venues, etc. On the last night, we ended our stay watching an amazing fireworks display from the deck just off the kitchen. Already planning for a return trip. Top- notch."
