"The room pictured was not like what we had although clean it wasn’t stocked with conditioner or body wash. We had a view of a wall and not of ocean however it was convenient and clean. I would stay here again."

"Overall the space worked perfectly for our large extended family. We had an issue with the fire detectors going off in the early hours of one morning and while the property manager was non responsive when we reached out to the owner of the house the issue was resolved within a couple of hours. One very large issue that was brought up to the property manager and to the owner and was ignored by both was the lack of water pressure on the third floor. At times there was little to no water coming out of the kitchen sink, bathroom sinks and showers. This happened even when there were no other showers occurring on the other floors as well. It occurred through the entirety of our stay. We also had issues with the linens not having complete sets (missing pillow cases) which happened with more than half of the sets. Overall the property was clean but you could tell they’ve cut corners with the bathrooms where the toilets, sinks and showers didn’t look clean (soap scum present and hairs in the shower). Some things in the house need a little TLC but overall nice. The location was the absolute best thing about the house. It was a quick walk to the beach, shopping, coffee shops, etc."

"Amazing beach front property that was perfect for our extended family beach vacation. One of the few beautiful homes that accommodated our two dogs so they could join family vacations they even had gates in the garage to help us childproof for kids under 2!"

"The house was perfect! It was very clean and everything updated. The outdoor space was so nice and relaxing with the outdoor tables to eat at or sitting around the fire pit! What a great little get away in a quiet neighborhood. Just fyi if you have small children bring a blow up bathtub. We can’t wait to book this house again for next year!"

"Super cute 2nd floor unit at the north end of Surf City. We needed overflow space for a larger family reunion at the last minute and Ginny’s place was perfect! She was a very attentive host and always available to answer a question, share a local tip, or just have a friendly chat. Easy check-in & check-out process. The included linens were a real time saver!"

"The property was wonderful! It was clean, recently renovated and well maintained - perfect size for my husband and me for a long weekend and, if the schedule works out, perhaps a week this fall. Parking was great and the host was very responsive."

"Michael and team were great. Checked in right at 4pm. House was spotless. Its RIGHT on the beach, with a private walkway. Deck on the beach front and side. HUGE rooms, 3 bathrooms with showers, 1 half. Washer Dryer. Beautiful living rooms, one on each floor. Lovely kitchen. Really could not have asked for more!"
