"I really liked this hotel. I had the ocean front panoramic room on the third floor. It was really nice. Room was a good size, king bed was super comfortable, good lighting, new floor, pretty big photo pictures, private balcony, nice “kitchen”area, plenty of storage for clothes. View was so pretty. Fun to watch the fishermen and surfers. Staff was super friendly and helpful. Would definitely go back."

"This is a premium hotel. Every year for Mother’s Day I get a room. It is at that time where the weather is nice but the prices won’t kill you. The room is gorgeous, very spacious. It has a nice kitchen and living area. Everything is meticulously clean. I wish I could stay here all the time. The pool and hot tub are paradise. We have so much fun. "

"We rented this house for a girls weekend, and it was wonderful. Clean, comfortable and spacious. There is so much to do within walking distance, including a very short walk to the beach! The owner, Tom, is wonderful and responsive too. "

"Upon arriving, we found the 2nd bed was broken. The house can only sleep 3, unless the fully operational day bed is a full queen size bed. But since it was broken, the house could only sleep 2.The t.v. didn’t work initially because the remote needed batteries. The WiFi network didn’t work either because the network listed on a piece of paper on the refrigerator was wrong.The owner did fix the t.v. by replacing the batteries on the remote, and gave us a new WiFi network that worked. The maid did this because the owner lives too far away.There were no instructions anywhere for the baseboard heating, so the first night we were extremely cold.I would suggest a notebook with all the details for the house in it, along with restaurants that are open during the off season. Wally’s is not dog friendly, and refused to serve us at the outside tables, along with another couple with a dog. The Local Market was easy to get to, and they had prepared food you could just heat and eat. We did use the grill one night.It was hard to get to the Acme because they were paving the roads on Long Beach Blvd. On Wed. April 29, 2026.Other than that, we had a good time walking the beach. The house was convenient to the What’s Brewincoffee shop for an afternoon latte.With a thorough review of the house before we came, we could have avoided the 2nd bed situation. The 2nd broken bed situation was unable to be resolved while we were there. The 2nd bed was a day bed for ONE."

"The room was clean and comfortable. The mini fridge, microwave and table with 2 chairs are good accommodations to have a casual meal or snack and avoid the need to eat out. The staff was friendly and helpful. I received an upgrade to my room on the day I checked in since it was off season and there were open rooms. Definitely recommend this place for a relaxing stay so close to the beach."

"If you have kids this is where you want to be! My family has stayed at this property many times. The location is perfect and my 2 girls have so much to do while we stay. Would highly recommend! "
