The inverted floor plan allows for ample natural light and breathtaking views of the sparkling Atlantic Ocean and serene marsh from the second-floor living area. Upon reaching the second floor, you'll discover a spacious living room, dining area, and a well-equipped kitchen perfect for all your culinary adventures!
