    Perfectly positioned in the heart of Caloundra at Happy Valley. Everything you need is within walking distance, including patrolled surf beaches, calm-water swimming areas, cafes, restaurants, takeaway options, clubs, pubs, shopping and everyday essentials.

    Unit 8 enjoys a sought-after east/north-east aspect, with a dual-access wrap-around balcony designed to capture winter sun, summer shade, cooling sea breezes and breathtaking views across the Caloundra Passage to Bribie Island and the shipping channel toward Moreton Island.

    The main bedroom features a queen bed, private ensuite and its own balcony access. Bedroom two offers 2 single beds with side balcony access, alongside a second bathroom and separate toilet for added convenience.

    The spacious kitchen is fully equipped with plenty of bench space and a large dining table, perfect for relaxed meals at home. The comfortable living area includes 2 leather lounges and a smart TV with popular streaming apps for your entertainment.

    Linen is included, please note beds are not made due the linen hire company used.

Excellent vacation

This property was excellent. It had everything you could want for a lengthy (or short) stay. Beautiful view, within walking distance to the beach (several beaches) and the town. You do need a car for groceries otherwise the car sits in the covered parking spot. Very quiet building 3 balcony's, washer and dryer plus rack for hanging out beach towels etc. Fully equipped kitchen, no coffee maker. I would highly recommend this unit. I would definitely book here again .5++ stars!

Great unit Could have things like hand soap, dishwashing liquid and bin liners included- Fly screens need attention But overall a beautiful location and comfortable unit for our family
