The Space: Designed for easy living, the home unfolds across two spacious levels. Downstairs, a relaxed second living area with a sofa, smart TV and air conditioning looks out toward the pool, creating a comfortable spot to unwind after a day at the beach. A handy kitchenette with a sink and mini fridge makes it easy to prepare poolside drinks and snacks, while sliding glass doors open directly to the outdoor entertaining area where the resort-style pool sits among lush greenery. Upstairs, the heart of the home is bright and open, bringing together the kitchen, dining and lounge in a breezy open-plan layout. The fully equipped kitchen offers generous bench space for preparing meals, while the dining table invites everyone to gather together. Getting Around: It's ideal to have a car to explore and get around the Sunshine Coast. There are local bus services that operate in this area should you need it, the home is approximately 650m to Edmund Street where bus services are available and operate to Kawana/Maroochydore/Mooloolaba (northbound) and Caloundra (southbound). Other Things to Note: \*Please note the fireplace in the home is not in working order. \*We DO NOT take schoolies bookings\* \*No guests under the age of 20 travelling independently, fine if accompanied by family (ie. young adults apart from a family booking is ok.) \*This home is in a residential community with neighbours in close proximity. We have quiet hours on the Sunshine Coast after 9pm. We ask that you also generally respect our neighbours and keep noise to a minimum generally. \*Please note to stay with us you will be required to fill out a check-in form for your stay.
