With kids ranging from 4-21 there was something for everyone to enjoy and so much space. The house is so well appointed with everything we needed to cook and enjoy being at home. We stayed for a week with varying ages of guests from 6-7 year olds, teenagers and adults and it was perfect for all. The grandparents had the ground floor room with ensuite, the kids shared the rooms with numerous beds int hem (and had their own bathroom) and the master was a retreat from everyone! Positioned in a quiet street with direct beach access from the rear gate, it was a mere minutes walk to the sand and surf, or relaxing in the pool which was deep. With two lounge rooms, the little girls could chill out watching Bluey while the teens watched a movie in the other room. The kitchen and living areas were spacious and ample for the number of guests If you are looking for a house that is away from the chaos of Noosa, this is perfect. It cannot be faulted and Roz was always available if we needed her. You will not be disappointed! ##### Ben F. The house is lovely and very well appointed. The location is great - surprisingly quiet given that it's in suburbia - and only a short drive to shops and restaurants in both Noosa and Peregian.
