** Top Floor Refurbishment Works are scheduled to commence on Friday, 3 July and are anticipated to be completed within approximately four weeks, by Friday, 31 July. All works will be carried out Monday to Friday, between 8:00 am and 4:00 pm. Noise disturbance is expected to be minimal, as no tile removal or concrete cutting will be undertaken.



Guest Access:

The entire apartment is yours to enjoy. There is a dedicated parking spot in the secure garage. The pool and spa are shared with the other apartments in the complex.



Other Things to Note:

Guests must comply with the Local Council code of conduct, and the general house rules.

The maximum number of guests permitted is six under local law.
