Key Collection:
After-hours key collection is handled via a lockbox located at the arcade side access to our office.
If you are arriving outside of office hours or on a Sunday, you will receive a lockbox code on the day of your arrival.
For Sunday arrivals, the code will be sent on Saturday.
Linen Policy:
For bookings made after September 26, 2025, linen will be supplied, though guests will still need to make the beds.
For bookings made prior to September 26, 2025, guests will need to supply their own linen (sheets, pillowcases, towels, hand-towels, bath mats, face washers, and tea towels) or arrange for hire at an additional fee.
