The spacious kitchen sits at the heart of the home, with generous benches, extensive cabinetry, a fridge, oven, stovetop, microwave, coffee pod machine, kettle and toaster. An island with stools creates an easy perch for morning coffee, while the dining table offers a light-filled setting for meals against an ocean backdrop. Outside, settle into the covered balcony for morning coffee, leisurely alfresco meals or sunset drinks, with comfortable seating and the coastline stretching out beyond.



A spiral staircase leads to the expansive private rooftop terrace, where you can linger over sweeping coastal views, fresh sea breezes and open skies. When it’s time to cool off, enjoy a dip in the complex’s shared swimming pool or unwind in the spa, with shared BBQ facilities for laid-back afternoons outdoors.



Both bedrooms are designed for comfort, each with a queen bed, direct balcony access, ducted air conditioning and a ceiling fan for restful nights. The apartment is approximately a 3 minute walk (165m) to Moreton Pde at Saltair Street, Kings Beach where bus services are available and operate to Maroochydore (northbound) and Caloundra Station (southbound).
