### Peaceful Holiday Living in Noosa Heads

A short walk from the iconic Hastings Street and the Noosa Main Beach, this 2-level, fully fenced, property oozes quality and holiday luxury. Sleeping up to 8 guests over 4 bedrooms, it is ideal for accommodating an extended family.  
  
If you are seeking a peaceful holiday, then this location will be ideal. Pristine beaches and great surf are only moments away at the Noosa Main Beach or spend your holiday exploring the walking tracks at the National Park and experience the bustling food scene and boutique shopping at the cosmopolitan Hastings Street.  
  
The Space  
  
The property has 4 spacious bedrooms. The beds are King, Queen, 2 King Singles and 2 Singles, respectively. The 2 singles can be zipped together to make a Queen and the 2 King singles can be zipped together to make a King - if this is required it must be requested at the time of making the booking. The master bedroom and 2nd bedroom are downstairs, and the 3rd and 4th bedrooms are upstairs.  
  
The master bedroom has a King bed, ensuite, walk-in robe, air conditioning and ceiling fan - a true parents’ retreat.  
  
You will find 2 bathrooms including an ensuite plus a separate powder room. The main bathroom is located upstairs complete with a large corner bath.  
  
Take advantage of the fully equipped gourmet kitchen with a Euromaid cooktop and oven, Nespresso machine (bring your favourite pods), Euro dishwasher, Samsung microwave and a large 3-door Samsung stainless steel fridge/freezer. Full laundry facilities with a top-loading washing machine and electric dryer are available.  
  
The comfortable living area features a large screen 65-inch TV with a Bose surround sound system and a DVD/Blu-ray player attached. Enjoy free Netflix, air conditioning and free fast Wi-Fi with complete coverage throughout the house.  
  
Choose between two separate outdoor entertaining areas. At the rear, there is a decked area where you can enjoy alfresco dining for 8 with access to a large gas BBQ. At the front and side of the property, there is a large fully fenced-in-ground pool, outdoor lounge, and sun lounges - the choice is yours.  
  
Fully air-conditioned, refurnished, and refurbished, this premium holiday house will meet all your needs and tick all your holiday expectations.  
  
There is a 1 car lock-up garage with an auto door plus driveway parking for 2 cars. The unit has an alarm system as well.  
  
Please note that the Owner of this property has a 'no refund' policy if cancellations occur in the last 30 days prior to arrival.  
  
Pool towels are provided on request.  
  
Strictly no parties, gatherings, functions or “schoolies” please.
