### Cosy apartment with private courtyard - one street back from the beach. 

Tucked away in the heart of Alexandra Headland and only a 3 minute walk to the beach, "Paradise Found" is your ultimate coastal living getaway.  
  
We are located central to all that the Sunshine Coast has to offer including; Sunshine Coast Airport, Mooloolaba Wharf/ Esplanade, Australia Zoo, Wildlife HQ, the Big Pineapple, the Markets, Maroochydore CBD, Sunshine Plaza, Venue 114, Mount Coolum and Buderim Waterfall - just to name a few.  
  
The space  
Paradise Found is a 2 bedroom unit, with a private and cosy outdoor entertaining area and backyard. The entirely fenced yard is perfect for your little ones to explore while you relax in privacy.  
The main living area has a split system heating and cooling for your comfort and the toilet is separate to the bathroom.  
  
Guest access  
Guests will have access to one car space in the unit carpark, and ample free parking is available directly outside the unit.

if we are unable to meet with you, a key will be left in a lock box for your convenience.
