It’s okay for a grab and go ( the urn for free coffee was empty) but not for a sit down and eat meal. Front desk staff are always friendly and helpful. This is a good, clean, simple hotel that delivers comfortable beds at a reasonable price in downtown New Haven. No frills."

He mentioned the room that we were assigned to was on the first floor near the lobby, and he asked us if we would prefer a room on another floor. We truly appreciated that thoughtfulness on his part."
