I did not have a great stay. The beds were old and lumpy, the tv was not working and I had to connect it to the internet to watch anything. The staff was good but they definitely need to get new mattresses.

The staff were friendly, and the room itself was fine, but my stay was unfortunately disrupted by several problems. The toilet overflowed multiple times, and housekeeping was not very helpful — they handed me a plunger in a plastic bag and said they were busy, leaving us to plunge the toilet ourselves while waiting for maintenance, who never arrived. I also requested gloves, a trash bag, and fresh towels so I could shower, and housekeeping seemed annoyed by my requests. Additionally, after paying the full cost through Expedia, the hotel required a $50 deposit hold at check-in, which I was told would be returned at checkout. That deposit still has not been returned, and the hotel claimed it was kept because I supposedly smoked in the room which I did not. Overall, while the staff were nice and the room was decent, these issues made my stay stressful and disappointing.

Overall good stay. The staff was friendly and I really enjoyed the vibe of the room. Only caveat is this is a pet-friendly hotel and plenty of dogs weren't afraid to bark late into the night. Little annoying, but nothing on the hotel itself. Would recommend, especially for the rate.
