With the bicycles provided, you can cycle along quiet dirt roads and side roads to the Baltic Sea in just 20 minutes. The small ferry port in Stahlbrode is just as easy to reach. The ferry takes you in 20 minutes.-Tact by car or bicycle to Rügen, where you can quickly reach a very beautiful, flat and sandy natural beach. A 10-trip ticket is included in the rental price for a rental of at least 2 weeks! The stand in Tremt mentioned above is a natural bathing beach. it is not maintained by the community. There are super well-kept stands in Greifwald-Eldena (approx. 15 km), in Ludwigsburg and in Lubmin (classic seaside resort) as well as in large numbers on Rügen. There is a lot to see and experience in the picturesque, old Hanseatic cities of Greifswald and Stralsund, which are each about 15 km away. Extensive information material is available in the holiday home. The islands of Rügen, Hiddensee and Usedom, Fischland and the Darß as well as the cities of Rostock and Stettin are recommended for day trips. The house is functionally furnished and offers everything for a relaxing holiday. Spend relaxing holidays in the large garden with terrace and grill. And the large sleeping loft with satellite TV in the attic is an ideal play and recreation room for children in bad weather. The sleeping loft can be reached via a foldable storage staircase with a railing (not suitable for small children). Spend your holiday as you like: on pretty natural bathing beaches, in fashionable seaside resorts, on a discovery tour or simply in a cozy, child-friendly holiday house. Tote Insekten auf den Fensterbänken, eine (zum Glück unbenutzte) Damenbinde hinter den Heizungsrohren im Hauptschlafzimmer, der Wasserkocher unbenutzbar, weil, wie auch die Wasckmaschine sowie der Duschbrausekopf, sehr verkalkt. Wir mussten täglich mit einem übelriechenden, übervollen Staubsauger Spinnen wegsaugen, die vermutlich durch die unverschlossenen Wandöffnungen der Rohrleitungen gewandert sind. Aber auf den Fenstersims lag Dreck und auf manch anderen Flachen auch. Und es hatte einige Spinnen. Das Meer ist wie beschrieben 20 min entfernt. Aber dieser Strand läd nicht zum Baden ein. Es könnte etwas gepflegter aussehen. Leider war die Putzfee scheinbar verhindert, wir mussten dann erstmal zum Putzeimer greifen. Wir haben dann einige Ausflüge nach Rügen, Stralsund, Warnemünde und zu den Ivenaker Eichen gemacht. Für Strand und Meer sind wir dann kurzentschlossen für 5 Tage nach Usedom in ein Hotel gefahren. Es war absolut ruhig. Nur Kraniche, Stare, Dohlen und Hunde waren zu hören. Die Kraniche konnten beim Segeln im Aufwind und bei Übungen im Formationsflug beobachtet werden. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter und auch Frau Großkreuz war stets freundlich und hilfsbereit. Ein kleines minus: die Wohnung wird für 6 Personen angeboten. Stühle gibt es am Tisch leider nur 4\. Wir haben uns die Terrassenstühle dazu genommen. Gläser, Teller und Tassen sind leider auch nur jeweils 5 vorhanden. Da wir 5 Persone waren, passte es. Aber wenn man zu 6 anreist muss man improvisieren. Trotzdem können wir die Wohnung Guten Gewissens weiterempfehlen. ##### Simone N. Es fehlte nur etwas Platz (Regal oder Schränkchen) für Vorräte. Die Bedienungsanleitungen für die Mikrowelle und die Waschmaschine wäre noch hilfreich gewesen. Sonst war aber alles da. Die Schlüssel Übergabe war komplikationslos, auch die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter. Das Objekt könnte etwas besser in Schuss gehalten werden, aber der Preis für die Grösse des Objektes ist sehr günstig. ##### Manuela W. Stayed 14 nights in Sep 2021 ### 8/10 Good #### Detlef B. 9 Aug 2021 Liked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, location, listing accuracy #### Luft nach oben… Da für uns im Coronasommer 2021 kein Auslandsaufenthalt in Frage kam, schauten wir uns recht kurzfristig nach bezahlbaren Objekten nahe der Ostsee um und wurden hier mit dem Haus Störtebecker tatsächlich noch fündig. Zwar nur neun Nächte als Lückenfüller, aber immerhin noch zu einer realen Übernachtungsrate. Übergabe des Objektes und Einweisung mit Frau Ziesemer klappte anstandslos, Objekt war gut gereinigt und gab keinen Anlass zu klagen. Vielleicht sollte mal etwas am Interieur und den Ausstattungsmerkmalen gearbeitet werden (funktionierende Kaffeemaschine oder die schon oft erwähnten Herdplatten, die mit der Anzahl 2 natürlich eine Verpflegung größerer Gruppen/Familien Probleme bereiten. Matratzen im Elternschlafzimmer sind auch ein Minuspunkt, aber im Großen und Ganzen ein Objekt, was ich dennoch wegen des schönen Grundstück, dem gemauerten Kamin nebst kleiner Terrasse, sowie der Lage abseits allen Trubels weiter empfehlen kann. Eine ideale Ausgangsbasis um Rügen/Stralsund und Usedom/Greifswald anzufahren Wir danken jedenfalls für den angenehmen Aufenthalt. ##### Detlef B. Es ist alles Notwendige vorhanden. Der Herd hat nur 2 Platten, dafür kann man auf der Terrasse bestens grillen. WLAN ist vorhanden (für Teenager essentiell! ;-) ). Die Kinder haben im ausgebauten Dachboden (per Speichertreppe zu erklimmen) gut geschlafen, weg von den Eltern im Erdgeschoss. Einige Dinge an den Türen müssten vielleicht mal repariert werden, aber insgesamt ist es eine gemütliche Hütte, die wir jederzeit wieder für einen Urlaub mieten würden. ##### Wolfgang W.
