This place was moldy and disgusting would never ever bring my family here for anything every person i spoke to on the phone was rude and not understanding i asked for a new room after the room was rapidly growing in the room and they refused claiming maintenance would just clean it even after explaining it was a huge health hazard so i left my room for about 3 hours for them to “clean it” then once im back into my room and they didn’t even clean it all it was terrible and the next day i call to ask when maintenance would be there and the lady informed me that he was already there and would be over shortly so i started getting dressed and not even a knock and this random man is walking in my room while im changing. the mold eventually got cleaned then i get a call a week later saying my stay was being terminated and i was supposed to be out 3 days prior all though NO ONE called me and told me anything until 3 days after i was supposedly supposed to be out. i asked continuously why my stay was being terminated as i was a quiet good tenant. they then tell me 3 days later it was cause they had to do maintenance on the mold?! like you didn’t care when i was sleeping in there but now your kicking me out for it? they refused to give me another room and shortened my stay so i didn’t get it for the original price!!! these people are rude and i promise you do not want to deal with it.
