"Hire was solid overall, but there were some minor technical issues (sliding door didn’t work sometimes and you to wait in the cold without a backup option, card was deactivated before check out). Great helpful staff however."

"Unit was ok, in a “unique” part of Montreal. It was hard to get a hold of the front desk to fix the issue with the TV. It is downtown so value is from proximity not quality "

"The staff were wonderful and the location was perfect for everything we wanted to do in Montreal. Many great cafes and restaurants very close by. Would stay there again!"

"I had a good experience with the staff member at check-in in the evening. She was very helpful and friendly. Room was clean and had the basic amenities and value for money. From a solo traveller perspective, the hotel was within walking distance to Old Montreal but it was a little further to walk to Downtown. "

"From check in to check out the service was an 8/10. Kind, polite, genuine. The restaurants were both amazing. Great food and great service. The spa is outstanding- request Diana for the deep tissue massage. "
